I have been singing & playing guitar for over 50 years. Wow, you think after all those years I would have picked another hobby! At a very early age I fell in love with music. My favorite presents were records. I couldn't get enough. It started with Elvis and Ricky Nelson. Then in 1963, I heard a record (She Loves You) on radio station WMCA in NYC by a group calling themselves, "THE BEATLES". I was hooked by the first note. I'll never forget, February 9, 1964, sitting in front of our small back & white TV waiting for them to appear on the Ed Sullivan Show. It was a night that truly changed my life. I've been a devoted fan ever since. Not a day goes by that I don't hear or play one of their songs. To me they were and still are magical. Other artist I enjoy: Brian Wilson (a musical genius), James Taylor (an acoustic god), Billy Joel (an immensely talented musician with an attitude). I love writing music, which I hope to one day play on StreetJelly.
