Hello StreetJelly compadres! We are Jonathan Howard and Blueflower Skye, known as the Americana singer-songwriter duo "Howard & Skye" from Austin, Texas.

Jonathan grew up listening to legendary singer-songwriters like Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, and Johnny Cash, etc., and I (Blueflower) was influenced by pop music, country artists, and from my love for folklore and tall tales.

So, the songs we write together are a blend of Jonathan's more gritty and hard-edged music and lyrics, and my whimsical folkloric style. We play all originals, including songs we write individually too.
