Recording a few custom backing tracks is part of the creation process, which I have enjoyed since I was a kid on my old "reel to reel" tape recorders singing harmony and playing various instruments by ear. I try to keep my tracks simple, for the type of music I play... just enough to enhance the vocals and my acoustic guitar a little. Like my old combo days.

I record with a 24 track digital stand-alone recorder Zoom R24
EQ the single tracks and mix-down later using Mixcraft 8 Studio Software
A "Yamaha PSR s900 keyboard workstation" is played for strings, flute, steel, accordion
I also record with a Yamaha Digital Piano, drums, bongos, elec bass, electric guitar
acoustic banjo, mandolin, acoustic guitar, elec guitar and sing harmony parts

OBS stream settings - 1280x720, 20 fps, 1200 kbps, Audio 96 kbps
