Michael is a passionate musician with many years of experience on the guitar, flute and singing (baritone). Heike is a mezzo-soprano. Both vocal registers match each other perfectly, also in terms of their vocal colors.
Michael has been playing the classical flute since 1997 and is still active in the Essen Teachers' Chamber Orchestra to this day. From 1993 to 2013 he was a member of small vocal ensembles, which gave him a lot of ear training and musical understanding because each voice was only played by one person. During this time he began developing polyphonic arrangements.

After a musical break, he found his way back to music in 2021. And here he was able to win over Heike with her clear, bell-like voice for the acoustic duo. A real stroke of luck and a musical score. Since then they have been developing polyphonic arrangements of particularly beautiful ballads and songs from the rock/pop history.
