Hi my name is Steve and I am a singer/songwriter from Scotland. My Influences range from Texas Blues all the way through R'&'B and onward to traditional folk/blues, however, my biggest influence was my Grandad Piper who supplied me with a liberal amount of his musical Genes. He also taught me so much from a young age and i am eternally thankful to him for introducing me to music. My goal in to entertain people and maybe put a smile on some strangers face every once in a while. I have learned that nothing brings people together in a more fair and pleasurable way than music !

Life on the Street
I was busking in Edinburgh the day Scotland won the Rugby grand slam.. it was crazy party time with the street filled with people dancing and singing and celebrating the result.. a day i shall never forget !
Embarrassing Moment
I have had many embarrassing moments on stage..too many to mention but each and every one has moulded me into the musician i am today...and as the saying goes "You have to make the mistake before you can learn from it"
My Instrument
I have collected several guitars over the years but my favorite is 30 year old Blue Stratocaster called "Old Faithful" because it has never let me down once and rarely if ever breaks strings... I want to be buried with it lol
