I started playing guitar at age 12. My mother told me she would not pay for any more lesson of any kind because she had given me tap, ballet, and baton lessons and I quit.

So my mom bought me a 10 dollar guitar and a book of guitar chords and that's how I got started. I taught myself how to play with the help of my grandfather, the late great Paul Benson, and my father, the late great Richard Benson. Also, thousands of wonderful musicians along the way.

I starte performing at the "Attic Window" in Dallas TX at the age of 14.

I have been performing ever since. I have been on live prime time tv. I have been in videos as an actor.

My first love, is performing for people and making them laugh, cry, and anything in-between with my music.

I love all people and love to perform. I mostly perform my own songs. I hope you will watch me on street jelly.
