My given name is Bradley Mccollum, friends call me Brad or Sage. I am a writer first and foremost. Started writing when i was 12. Poems, Lyrics and such. I picked up a guitar at the age of eighteen and haven't put it down since. since that time I have written at least a hundred songs. Most of these are just me and an acoustic guitar, singing. I love all kinds of music.. Tool, Johnny Cash, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, SOAD, RHCP, ACP, Puscifer, Led Zep, CCR, The Head And The Heart, Iron And Wine, Periphery, NIN, Korn, Lynkin Park, Nirvana, Queen, Queens of the Stone age,Foo Fighters, Breaking Benjamin, Elton john, The Beatles,The Doors, Pink Floyd, and I could go on, but i wont.
I am currently attending school at MediaTech Austin for Sound Engineering, and I am writing/co-writing, recording, mixing, and mastering my first album which will be done in a couple months. I don't have a job.. not much time for one. Instead i play songs for the passerby on SOCO here in Austin for pretty nice tips

Life on the Street
Every moment is wild! :) I especially love it when other buskers are out and we team up to put on a really good show for people, and they tip us well... I like freakin people out. I'll be playing and singing quietly then I'll hit the chorus of a song.. like One Headlight by the Wallflowers.. i hit that note and yell from my gut and peoples heads turn. They're like "what the &%$#! this dude can sang." As long as people enjoy it I'll keep playing and entertaining them and myself.. :)
Embarrassing Moment
I can't say i've really ever had an embarrassing moment, I have been nervous at times, but nothing to terrible has ever happened. Guitar string breaking is all i can think of
