Been playing guitar over 50 yrs. but took 30 off for family. Just before 50th. B-Day contracted Menieres Disease. Really put the brakes on life as I knew it, as well plant closure and early retirement gave life a new meaning. Met an Awesome Singer/Songwriter ( Sarah Smith ) Whom took me back Stage, as well Under her wing and convinced me I was a Rocker once ( 1970-1974 ) and could do it again ! Every opportunity she had she gave me time on her Stages to do my thing. As finances slowly became an issue, I proceeded to grab the odd piece of Music gear and started writing my own songs. As the Disease took a Vast hunk of my Capabilities ( Hearing/Balance/focus ) it was my Best Avenue, course of action to fight from within !! I’m back doing the Best I have with what I have, performing at Every opportunity given with open arms ! I’ve since opened for Sarah on occasion and she has been a true Blessing !!
