While performing Ónce Were Warriors' theme tune, a guy approached and put his hand on the guitar's fingerboard to stop the performance. Eventually he left, and all was well that ended well.

Another time my guitar and amp was seized by the local council by way of a security guard who knew me well, we were kind of friends. Finished the night off just singing anything that came to mind including humming!
It did cost me around $60 to retrieve the equipment at a later date.

Being told to go home!

Failed to follow an intuitive feeling not to go busking one night. Ended up letting a lot of people play that night...

First time busking outside McDonalds Restaurant with a $1,300 Maton acoustic guitar. This was one of their older 'well made' versions.
Maybe because he didn't like what was being played [melodic improvization], he up and walked off with it, onlookers were of no help. Police were too late. Great loss. Maybe it will show up one day in a shop or somewhere.
