Kelly Cecil is an American Blues artist originally from Shreveport, LA now based in Austin, TX. Influenced by an eclectic group of artists such as Buddy Guy, Skip James, The Doors, Nirvana, Bob Dylan and Pete Seeger, Mr. Cecil has been a guitarist and singer for almost fifteen years with his roots in the grunge/alternative rock scene of the mid to late nineties. As a solo artist he has played with numerous musicians and at several venues in the Austin, TX area and the Midwest United States.

With the recent release of his much anticipated 2010 LP entitled, "when you kiss somebody else", he will continue to book shows and perform wherever he is asked to play, bringing his particular spirit to the blues and folk music scene of today. Kelly was recently featured in an independent film entitled "Indie Music Highway"
