More About jimsitter0001
Hi,
I was playing pots, pans, LEGO’s, Lincoln logs, anything that felt or sounded like a drum, from before I could walk or use complete sentences. According to my parents, I don’t remember that. But I do remember always being in love with music, and I’ve never once fallen out of love. I’ve been told to fall out of love with it many times in many ways, and so I tried to for many years, only sporadically letting myself express the joy and exhilleration of music in those brief moments of perceived safety; either in front of a very large audience, or completely alone. Many obstacles have prevented me from turning my passion into a career sooner. I have overcome many health emergencies, and am still dealing with the after effects, and so I am grateful beyond words to be still playing music, and ever more free to let God’s voice and glory be heard through me.
Returning to this site marks a new beginning for me, and a new commitment to music, and God who gifted it to us. Love,

Fun Stuff about the Artist
Life on the Street
I can’t remember any moments I could describe as wild...touching, uplifting, joyful, yes. That happened all the time but I would need someone with memory or pen to describe actual moments.
Embarrassing Moment
So many...all stuff you’d have to be there for I’m afraid, but stay tuned. There will be more.
My Instrument
My second favorite instrument, a beautiful drum kit of birch Pearls and full complement of cymbals, I had to sell a few years ago when I began to fall ill.
My most favorite, a Martin 0001, I still play since ‘95. It was given as a gift in honor of a woman who passed named Valerie, and so my guitar is also named Valerie.
