Jeffo Pelous - guitarist since age 13, vocalist since age 48. Grew up listening to AM pop radio (Motown, Philly Soul, etc), then moving on to Classic Rock (back then, it was just called 'Rock'). Guitar influences include Hendrix, Robin Trower, Frank Marino, David Gilmour, Steve Morse, Eric Johnson, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Allan Holdsworth. I really got into Prog Rock during my teen years, but never could really play it- it requires an excellent memory to execute, and well, it was the 70's. So I will just stick with the low-hanging fruit of Rock & Blues. I believe much of guitar playing is about the tone, so I employ a real Marshall tube amp instead of those gimmicky digital modeling toys. Sure, they are convenient and well-suited for online playing, but the tone is sadly lacking.
