My name is Elaina Wasserzug. I'm a young folk artist in the Lexington Kentucky area. Ive been playing guitar since I was about 10 years old a writing songs ever since! So yes, i am a singer song writer! I love preforming and being out on the road. Have yet to hit any sort of 'big break' but I still love what I do. I write mostly folk music, but sometimes I stray away and mix it up a bit. I also love doing covers. Turing that old classic or new pop songs on their edge and making something different and original from it is one of my favorites. I also have taken up a recent interest in slap/precussive guitar. I use a lot of open tunnings, anything that sounds good. im completely self taught and rely on my ear for the most part. I just love listening and figuring it all out, its like a muiscal puzzle. (:
