My parents bought me a toy piano when I was 5 years old and I wrote an instrumental called "Black Keys". When the Beatles came to America in 1964, my entire life changed. I bought a Stella guitar for $25 and spent the entire summer learning chords and putting Bandaids on my fingers. I played in bands all through HS and then met my musical partner Robert Florczak at the age of 18. We "toured" Greenwich Village and ended up at the Bitter End on Bleecker St. opening for Dion in the Spring of 1970. I've had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Jerry Jeff Walker, Velvet Underground and Brewer and Shipley. It's been a wonderful ride throughout the years playing in many bands as well as solo.
