Hi! I'm Amy Schmidt and I'm a vocalist/pianist from central Iowa. I got involved with music very young as both of my older sisters sang in our elementary school choir, and I was hooked! I've been in choirs my whole life and I started performing solo when I was ten. I listened to lots of oldies growing up and they are still close to my heart. I like a very broad range of music: The Beatles, Coldplay, Regina Spektor, The Beach Boys, Glen Campbell, Demi Lovato, Radiohead, Eminem, Blink 182, Kid Cudi, really anything! I'm not very good with names of bands or songs (or people, for that matter) but if you make a suggestion or ask if I know a song or band, I will look it up.
