I'm Steve Paul. I’ve been playing around my harmonica for the last 55 years or so.
I prefer playing right here, in this moment, because it feels right. You might like what I do, or not. Of course if you don't like my music you can eat shit and die. Only kidding, we're all adults see. My musical influences are Ray Chasrtles, Stevie Wonder, Van Morrison, The Beatles, Eva Cassidy, Carol King, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Ella Fitzgerald, Oscar and Hammerstein, Joe Cocker, Elton John, Randy Newman, James Taylor, and with Toots Theilsman, just to name a few. i just sat in aweToots and the lesson that the taught me that know but Toots could be Toots, he was alone. He was the guy that by most comparrisons had therest of us aspiring to bee, and the truth is, he gave me permission to be me artistically. That was the Toots Mans' ultimate gift to others. He let us see whatr he did, I am still in awe of the tonehecreated, wow, wow, wow.
