Sid Yiddish performs in tight spaces within the universe, in person, & via Skype, working diligently as an oddball actor, throat singer, poet/writer, musician/ composer/conductor. He regularly contributes to multitudes of acting, recording /writing projects. When not performing with other bands, Sid mainly spends time writing compositions/conducting his own improvising orchestra Candy Store Henchmen. He’s been covered by Bulgarian/Danish/English radio & press, plus American broadcast, electronic/print mediums like Huffington Post, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Artists Resource, Chicago Reader, WGN Radio, National Public Radio, The Daily Beast & Yahoo Sports. In 2011/2013, Sid appeared on America’s Got Talent, Chicago Fire in 2012 & can be seen in Def Jam hip-hop artist Ludacris’ music video, Jingalin’. In 2012, he was heard on the Dr. Demento show. He hosts The Radio Room & is a producer for Q4 Radio & is earning an MFA at Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois.
