Don't you love the feeling of putting your heart and passion out there through music? It says things you can't simply say in just words.
I was first influenced by Contemporary Christian Worship/CCM and then later classic Motown, Jazz Standards and Broadway and Pop music of the 90s as I grew up in the Baltimore, MD area.
I'm drawn to music with some room for interpretation, and improvisation, but love a good pop song!
I want to grow as a songwriter and being a mother of 2 its hard to do it late at night on the town so for now I'll do this! Hope you enjoy!

My Instrument
My first instrument was the Mason and Hamlin Upright Piano in my living room growing up. One of my favorite memories was packing people into our house as we all sang "Piano Man" with invisible Beer Glasses as my father played and Christmas Carol Singalongs!
