Life on the Street
I love sign busking, what i mean with this is that I hit the streets with no equipment and instead do more personal performances. equiped with 1 laminated sign upon which the words
"BEATBOX
FREE SHOW
I ⤠donations" are inscribed. people read my sign and ask me for a show and i do a performance for them.
one time I was doing some daytime busking the north lanes in Brighton,UK . I made £20 and someone gave me a ticket to go to the beer festival, so i decided to go, arrived there at 6 and swapped many beers for beatboxing shows until I was rather drunk.
decided to busk the night time strip, I was horrendously drunk but had a great time, someone paid me £20 to follow him round beatboxing for 20 minutes, around 4 am I finally went back to my friends house and crashed.
in the morning I decided to count what i had made, I'd estimated £50 but when i opened my wallet I had £150.

My Instrument
my instrument is still with me :) someone taught me the basics of beatbox and rhyming at school, when i was about 14 years old, since then its sort of become like therapy for me, a way to express my inner workings and work through myself, an obsession, a way to make people dance, a way to stave off boredom.
