My name is Alexey Samokhin. I was born in Saint-Petersburg. Learning to play and improvise, mostly in books and tape recordings. I am not a professional musician. However, I love to play musical instruments, and doing it for more than 30 years.
I play and improvise on the piano and Yamaha synthesizer, mostly for Gypsy, Jewish and Russian songs. I'm trying to play jazz, but, not so good. Also, I can try to add an accompaniment or additional instruments to Your song. For examples, see my YouTube channel.
Also, more than 15 years I make the magazine about the culture of St.Petersburg, but it does not bring any income.
The restaurant, where I worked, closed down. I do not have work since the beginning of this year. Fell on hard times. Restaurants and cafes refuse to give work for musicians. So I decided to try something to earn using this service. Friends, if you wish, support me!
