My Name is Sam Townsend. I was raised on a diet or classic rock, mixed with easy listning. Then upon discovering the guitar, I diversified my music intrests to include certain pop, wider rock and especially acoustic music. My favourite band is definatley bon jovi, but I am influenced by other rock groups such as Guns and Roses, Iron Maiden, and Steel Panther, I am also influenced by not very well known artists, such as Landon Austin, and Chester See. Was just trying to help a charity group who put on low scale musicals for 10-18 year olds, and found myself playing lead in a bbc funded production of high school musical...
Embarrassing Moment
I was donging a solo in a choir piece, and sang another persons part, just before their solo :P
My Instrument
I love my guitars, my first was a bc rich warlock, and then a classic fender acoustic guitar. Mostly I will play whatever I can get my hands on. I have also been known to dabble in playing piano, drums and bass.
