My earliest recorded song lyrics were in my baby book. I was almost 2 and singing about my favorite doll and my daddy. I'm still singing about what I observe in the world around me, and in an attempt to express what it looks like in my internal landscape. I grew up just too late to become a full fledged hippie.

The first 45 I bought was in 1976, I was in 6th grade and it was "Fire!" by the Ohio Players. Then I discovered the early Elton John, Bowie, Lennon...my style was pretty much set, tho lately I've been branching into different genres since a few years ago when I got my first Mac and discovered Garageband.

I've done a few bands..the longest lasted about a year, but I'm far more interested in internet collaborations and the power and freedom of that. I actively perform in virtual worlds like Second Life as Freestar Tammas. Look me up there sometime if you're a resident. :)
