More About Music by Brielle

Born at the end of the Baby Boom this girl grew up listening to some of the best rockers in history including some of the best female vocalists like Pat Benatar and Ann Wilson of Heart. In addition to music, another passion grew within her that would ultimately take her down a path she never expected.

The church she attended started offering folk masses on Saturday Nights. After seeing a young woman leading worship with an acoustic guitar a connection was made. Patty wanted to use music to bring Glory to God.

She began learning guitar and writing music at the age of 18. This would lead her to becoming a musical missionary where she had the opportunity to share the Gospel through music in places like India, Singapore and Australia as well as the United States. After the tour ended she continued both as a solo artist and a member of a local Christian band in Baltimore.

As her relationship with Jesus deepened so has the content of her songwriting and a change in her name.
Fun Stuff about the Artist

Life on the Street

One of the most memorable places I've played was not necessarily a street but it was a leprosy hospital in India. It just seemed to be something right out of the bible.

There was another time while we were in India during their monsoon season. We did an outdoor concert. Needless to say it started to rain. We kept on playing that is until my lips were getting shocked on the microphone and my hands were getting shocked from my guitar. That's one time where the show didn't go on.

Embarrassing Moment

I'm happy to say I really don't have to many embarrassing moments on stage. Mostly just forgetting the lyrics. Or I could just be in denial! :)

My Instrument

Hmmm my first guitar was given to me by my cousin. It was an old Kent. The action was so high making it a challenge for learning but I stuck with it. I've gotten better guitars since then. I now have 11 guitars. If I had kept all the guitars I owned, the number would be Fifteen. Sixteen if you count the Ibanez bass I sold. I do have my eye on a few more. I never had names for any of them. I do love my CME Exclusive Peach Fender Jazzmaster and have considered calling her Peachy Keen.

Here's the list...

Fender Stratocaster
Fender Squire
Ovation Elite
Fender Telecaster
Fender Jazzmaster
Ibanez Artcore AS73 Red
Ibanez Artcore AS73G Purple
PRS Custom SE Paul's Guitar
