Martin Praetorius
Martin Praetorius is a singer/songwriter and a roamer through the
ever-changing state of heart and soul.
On his journey he travels light: he writes songs that only need an
acoustic guitar and a voice to sway an audience.
Praetorius finds himself somewhere in the twilight zone between Roots
Rock, Folk and Americana. Inspired by some of the great American
songwriters, he follows his own style and sings short stories that aim
point-blank, at the heart.
He has played his songs at the "Borderline" in London, at "King Tut's
Wah Wah Hut" in Glasgow, the Festival Fringe in Edinburgh and the
Copenhagen Songwriters Festival.
He has shared the stage with Jesse Malin, Willie Nile, Anthony
D'Amato, Joe D'Urso, James Maddock, Eric Bazilian, Vini „Mad Dog“
Lopez, Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes and many
more.
