When I was starting out I would travel busking and dancing for other friend musicians. Everyday I was signed up to an open night somewhere in the city and I met a lot of awesome talented people this way. I remember having art given at the end of shows where fans were drawing your presence while on stage. Really loving vibes and some nights we shut the show down. That was the final open mic ever had at some places. It’s the people who bring the music. It’s their energy it’s their passion and i absolutely love it

I wouldn’t say too many things can embarrass me as I’m older…but as a child I did want to sing Karaoke and the song I wanted wasn’t available and out of everything…I chose Destiny Child Jumping Jumping. If you’ve heard the chours you can assumed it’d be simple. But that first verse was so intimidating! (It’s so fast)
