Kambiz is an independent Persian/Canadian poet/lyricist/musician and producer from Toronto, Canada.
His composing and arrangements of "Paayeez e Neyzar" which was an instrumental collaboration was released in 2000 in Iran and still being broadcasted nationally. "Aadamaaye Kaaghazi" (Paper People), a compilation album of Persian POP music encouraging new talents to start their first professional recording was produced in Toronto and released in Toronto and Los Angeles in Dec 2005. He has written music and lyrics for a number of Persian singers in Toronto, Los Angeles and Europe including Shahrzad Sepanlou and Faramarz Aslani.
Kambiz also offers piano and drums lessons and is currently writing for and playing in number of emerging Toronto based bands including 1507.
