I became too intoxicated to finish playing with the band on New Years Eve in 1974. I apologized to the band and the audience and they finished the night without me .

My ES-335 Gibson got knocked over once and broke the headstock off but I found the best Luthier I could and he repaired it and its still alive and kickin !
