Jimmy has studied music for more than 22 years and currently sings and plays piano across northern New Jersey & New York. Most of his early years were spent studying classical, jazz, harmony and theory along with arranging and composition. He also extended his studies to such advance courses as the John Maheegan courses of Julliard.
Jimmy began studying music and playing piano at age 7 and at the age of 14 won New Jersey and national championships. He has performed with many famous artists of the 50's, 60's and 70's such as George Benson, Connie Francis, Vaughn Monroe, Don Cornell and Frankie Valle and also performed with top jazz artists such as Gloria Lynn & Jimmy Smith. Gloria has recorded three songs that Jimmy composed, produced and recorded in his own studio. Jimmy also completed a score for a Los Angeles based movie called "Love Me, Love Me Not", composed songs for Brooklyn Girl and has recorded and produced albums and demos for many artists in his studio, Sabin
