I have three violins. My main instrument is a violin of unknown provenance, likely German. It has a thin, misset neck, a worn fingerboard, and a super shaved bridge. In short, it's perfect for me. The sound is beautiful, and it responds so well to bright cross-tunings, especially since I added some Wittner pegs to make cross-tuning easier.

My second violin is a 1999 Anton Maller student violin purchased from the Mittenwald master himself. Plays brilliantly, and I keep it set up for students.

My third violin is my secret weapon. Perhaps one day I'll fire it up for you...
