Playing guitar and singing since age 11, Chris Manings has entertained crowds on The Gulf Beaches and St. Petersburg with his love of classic rock and hip hop music. He enjoys performing songs from icons like The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, and The Beatles, and adding an acoustic vibe to modern artists like Kid Cudi, Post Malone, and Kanye West.
Chris started playing at open mics at age 12, he quickly became a favorite at many local ice cream shops, restaurants and breweries . Chris is a 2018 graduate of The Grammy Experience at Ruth Eckerd Hall. As his teacher, Marty Fouts from St. Pete Music Factory, wrote in his recommendation letter, “ Chris is what we call ‘a lifer’, at 14 he is fronting his own band, writing and recording his own music, and to say he loves to play out in front of a crowd is an understatementâ€.
