The Son of Soul And Blues: Brock Lightning, has walked a long way, from his days as the Lead Singer of R&B SOUL group Perfect Pitch, a crew of his truly best friends Brock, Sheldon, James, Alex & O’neil were the original members but the personnel changed over the years, the last line up was Brock, Sheldon, Shawn and brothers Peter and Paul. The group rocked local talent shows with there dancing and harmonies they began singing in their buildings hallways @ 163 ocean Ave. East Flatbush Brooklyn following in The giant footsteps of their Idols New Edition. The group split up in 1997 after which Brock outwardly perused his hidden passion of playing blues inspired by Buddy Guy and B.B. king Brock has played all over nyc including New York's Bitter End and The New Amsterdam Music Assc in Harlem New York His dream is to play thre Blues fulltime and the heritage and culture of the blues going.
