I have showcased everything on here, from shoddy renditions of recently-learned covers, to the occasional original tune. Just me, my guitar, my voice and occasionally a little mouth harp or "Mississippi Saxophone." (RIP, Toots Thielman)
At any rate, I have very much enjoyed this online community of artists thus far, and hope to keep meeting more great people. Cheers!
Unfortunately, there isn't much to tell ... yet.
My entire life is a string of loosely-related embarrassments. I also have Aspergers, so embarrassment is a notion that eludes me regularly. Missing social cues is a forte.
My first guitar was a "Flying V" manufactured by the Douglas company. It cost all of $120, and I was a 17 year old with pie in the sky dreams of starting a garage band with a raw yet marketable sound. Fast forward a decade, and I now favor my acoustic(s).
The beaut. I typically play on here is an Epiphone of some sort. I think it was fairly nice when purchased; however, I got it for a steal because another left-handed gentleman in my town apparently bought it new and then abandoned the enterprise of learning guitar fairly quickly. At shows, I either play my Ibanez Artcore Hollow Body, or my long-trusted and road-tested Ovation acoustic/electric.
