Originally from Knoxville, TN, Blake now lives in Louisville, CO. Blake began playing music as a young teenager and went on to study studio jazz guitar at the University of Tennessee. His favorite musical influences include D’Angelo, Darrell Scott, Chris Thile, Chet Baker, Billy Holiday, and Edgar Meyer. Blake writes, produces, and performs his own originals as well as many jazz standards, country, and R&B covers.
When he’s not writing or playing music, you can likely find him hiking one of the many beautiful mountain trails in Colorado, hanging out with his wife, Lynsay, and dog, Carmella, or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen.
