My influences range from the Prince, The Eagles, ZZ Top, Ready For The World, Lynrd Skynrd. Ozzy, Kiss, Michael Jackson. Today I listen to it all.
A friend of mine once said "Life is death with adventure, & adventure only comes to us who are willing to take Chances"
1 great memory is, when I was invited to Paisley Park in 1988, another was in May of 96. My wife and we had just gotten home after going to the night club where we met. ( I was a DJ, & she was a bartender) We had a message on the answering machine (time stamp lol). I asked her to check the message, cause I had to run to the rest room. I hear the beep and then a comedic high pitched voice say "Hey I found the 1, would b cool if u could b here". My wife asked who the hell that was. When I told her she didn't believe me. So I told her to *69 the call, and then ask for Skipper, Low & behold a voice answered and said "Thank you for calling Paisley Park how can I help you". My wife could not believe it.
My most embarrassing moment performing, was in 1985. A friend of mine ask me to perform at the intermission at fashion show she had put together at our high school. I was to do 3 songs. I had chosen, Jump (by VanHalen), Little Red Corvette, Sexuality (By Prince). In the middle of Little Red Corvette, during the solo, I did a side splitz like Prince. And my satin spandex pants ripped from the back to the front, so I had to perform Sexuality with my Azz out.
All of them
