Life on the Street
I was performing in the subway station in NYC and this couple came up to me and asked if i would play a song for them . I said i would of course and they requested the song which i shall fail to mention. As i was singing they started to dance and i noticed one of their hands begin to roam the others body in more than a PG way. I kept playing and by the end of the song they were half naked and ready to seal the deal. I saw them duck into one of the conductor's booths one the train they ran onto after i was done playing. I never forgot them ......or that song!
Embarrassing Moment
I was in 7th grade at a talent show and the cord to my microphone disconnected from the mic. I just kept singing and shaking my head like the little div i was....attitude you cant buy.
My Instrument
My favorite guitar was an Alvarez 25th Anniversary Black Silver Diamond Speecial Edition. A man who had taken me in from the street had been pressuring me to be more "friendly" with him. I fought his advances...he smashed my guitar. It was the only thing i had in the world and the only thing that meant anything to me. I still look for a guitar similar to that one to this day . I havent ever quite played the same since.
My guitars all have names...they are named after the women in my life or the women i want to meet.
I name my guitars after women because i dont believe there is anything in this world more beautiful than a woman.
